Favorite ND experience or event:

I love when Christmas time comes around and they put holiday lights on all the trees downtown. It’s something I look forward to every year!

Have any famous people come to your bar?

Rob Schneider came in after his show at the Fargo Theater! He’s an extremely humble and nice guy.

What are you afraid of?

Spiders

What’s the best thing about bartending?

Being able to creatively express myself through drinks. Bartending has given me an opportunity to test out new ideas and concepts that are unique to me. I also love having my regulars try them out. It creates a fun experience at my bar.

What was the craziest thing you have seen happen in your bar?

I can’t say that anything crazy has happened at Beer and Fish, but we are located in the heart of Downtown Fargo. There are crazy people all around, so you’re bound to see something entertaining happen, especially on weekends.

If you could be anyone else, who would you be and why?

My roommate has a 3-year-old Husky named Knox. All he does is sleep, eat and receive cuddles all day. That sounds like the life to me!

Do you have a hidden talent?

I can play the cello. I played all throughout middle and high school.
