Meet Zach

Age

23

Drink of choice?

Whiskey Sour

Best pick-up line?

“Hey, I think I lost my number, can I get yours?”

Worst pick-up line?

“Are you from Texas, because you’re the only ten I see.” A for effort, F for execution.

Tell me something no one knows about you?

I am a local, amateur MMA fighter.

Favorite ND experience or event:

Fargo has so many fun events, it’s hard to choose, but if I’m forced to play favorites, I am a particular fan of the ‘Culture Behind the Cocktail’ classes we host at Rosewild

Have any famous people come to your bar?

Yes, but discretion and privacy are key!

What are you afraid of?

Snakes

What’s the best thing about bartending?

The people. If you give them a chance, everybody will surprise you.

What was the craziest thing you have seen happen in your bar?

Rosewild is a place where all are welcome to come gather and socialize—the cozy and welcoming vibe means most of what I witness on the daily is nice people enjoying nice food and drinks!

If you could be anyone else, who would you be and why?

I don’t think I’d be anyone else—I’ve worked hard to create my life and I’m proud to live it.
