My favorite meal would be the Burrata Cheese Plate, the Decoy Woodfired Pizza, paired with a Grapefruit Rosemary Spritz from Rustica Eatery & Tavern in Moorhead. The combination of the burrata cheese, paired with the marinated tomatoes, pesto, and balsamic, is easily one of my, if not my top favorite, appetizers of all time. The Decoy pizza has a delicious, wood-fired, crispy taste, a richness from the duck confit, goat cheese, and roasted garlic, and then finished with the sweetness of the grapes, tying it all together with the balsamic reduction again. Sipping on the grapefruit spritz (not on the drink menu) is a delicious, vibrant balance of bittersweet tartness. Highly recommend!
